However, as our products fall under food items, and due to food safety and hygiene concerns, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.

The product was damaged during shipping
The product received does not match the order
The product has clear defects or quality issues

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and provide relevant photos or videos so we can assist you promptly.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

We are unable to accept returns under the following conditions:

The product has been opened or consumed
Issues based on personal taste or subjective preferences
Requests made after the 7-day appreciation period
Product deterioration due to improper storage

Returns sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted
